By registering on the TUNEDIK Alumni Management System platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register.

2. Membership

Membership is open to all verified alumni of the institution. Membership fees are non-refundable. The Association reserves the right to approve or reject any membership application.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and do not share them.
• Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately.
• Use the platform in a respectful and lawful manner.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use this platform to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other members.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Engage in fraud, spam, or unauthorized commercial activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to system resources.

5. Payment Terms

Membership fees must be paid annually to maintain active status. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Association.

6. Termination

The Association reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.
